Tableland Veterinary Service has been servicing animals in Weipa for over 30 years!
The practice has evolved from a fortnightly, four day clinic to opening Monday to Friday every week. The permanent basing of several experienced veterinary nurses as well as a full-time veterinarian has seen the small practice grow into a busy hive of activity, servicing small animals for all kinds of consultations and routine vaccinations as well as routine and more complex surgeries when possible.
Situated on the picturesque Evans Landing in Weipa, the friendly Weipa team is ready to assist in any way possible to keep the pets at the tip in top health!
My pets are always greeted & treated like they're the only pets at this practice. I am also treated with courtesy & respect by the Vets & staff. Hopefully I am the same in return.
We have been dealing with Tableand vets for over 30 years with a multitude of different fur babys and critters , the care and service they have given to our little and big mates has always been of very high standards, the staff and vets always very pleasent and friendly, in general they have remedied the ailments quickly and efficiently, far better than many of the doctors treating humans we have seen come through the town.
The workload the vets have now is immense , it would be nice if the company were able to aleviate some of the pressure put on them , however this may not be practical nor possible.
To the dedicated vets and team we say thank you and a special thanks to Star , nicky and others who helped our little star from 3 days old.
